How do I get my course after I buy it?

Your access is emailed to you immediately after checkout, in a separate email from your order confirmation. Check your promotions tab and spam folder if you don't see it. If it hasn't arrived within 1 hour, email support@kaystylistllc.com.

Do the courses expire?

No. You get instant access and it never expires. Watch it as many times as you want.

Are the courses beginner friendly?

Yes. The install and styling courses start at the foundations, like customization and parting, and build from there. You do not need to already be good to start.

Which one should I buy first?

That depends on what you're trying to fix. Our Start Here page walks you through it.

Do I need supplies to follow along?

For the install and styling courses, yes. At minimum get a mannequin head so you can practice before you work on a paying client.

Can I get a refund?

Everything in this store is final sale. Digital products can't be returned because your access is delivered immediately. Physical hair products can't be returned or exchanged either, for health and hygiene reasons. If a physical order arrives damaged or it's the wrong item, email support@kaystylistllc.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll replace it. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Can I share my course with a friend?

No. Every digital product is a single personal license for you. Sharing, reselling, screen recording, re-uploading or teaching from the material ends your access without a refund.

Do you still take clients?

No. Kayla is fully retired from behind the chair and does not take clients, appointments, or coaching calls.

Do you ship anything?

Digital products ship nothing, they're delivered by email. Physical hair products ship normally, and shipping details are in our Shipping and Delivery policy.

What payment methods do you take?

Whatever payment options appear at checkout are what's available on your order.
